The hotel is easy to find and the upgraded room was clean and cozy, with great amenities like a mini bar, flat-screen TV, and safe. the breakfast had lots of options and was excellent. the location by the lake, railway station, and the hotel's restaurant is very convenient. Additionally, it's very close to the train station.

Excellent place for exploring Capolago. Our favourite, small hotel in Capolago with very friendly and excellent staff. Nice location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Tempio di Santa Croce. Close to freeway and 5 minutes' walk to the downtown.

The location of Albergo Ristorante Svizzero in Capolago is perfect and marvelous. It is close to frequent trains passing and stopping all night and the train station. the room is comfy and the bathroom is particularly good, equipped with a shower and hair dryer.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, as it is very close to the train station. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the tasty food at the restaurant. The staff, particularly waiter Matteo, were very friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit hot, but being able to open the window at night helped. Good value for money, very close to the lake. The breakfast was great, and the restaurant service was excellent. Although the hotel requires refurbishment, it was very clean. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

I must say, the decoration at Albergo Ristorante Svizzero was lovely. The common areas were beautifully furnished with an elegant and cozy atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciate a hotel that takes care in creating a warm and inviting space for its guests. The accessibility for us seniors was also excellent, with amenities and facilities designed with our comfort and safety in mind.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people like myself is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and accommodating. While the overall experience at the hotel was pleasant, there were moments when I felt the staff could have been more attentive to our needs and grievances.
